CLEARANCE ITEMS POLICY
All items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable after the warranty period due. All sales are final once the purchase has been made.

RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
1. No exchange and return for wrong sizes, colors & materials made by the customer. All sales are final.
2. Please read and understand the product information carefully or make any inquiry to know the product better before making a purchase. There is no refund or exchange due in the event of a customer error.
3. If the items are damaged, or not as the condition described, please inform us by WhatsApp/ Telegram or E-mail for a refund or exchange within 3 days.

No returns will be accepted after warranty period due. The returned product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in good condition and all original packaging (including invoice) must be in place as proof of purchase. No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of products caused by customers.

Once the returned goods fulfill our return policy, a full refund will be initiated.
The method of refund will be processed depending on your original payment method:
1) Online Bank Transfer, full refunds will be credited into your bank account via online bank transfer, which should be posted within 3-5 working days.
2) Credit card refund services, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank.

We reserve the right to amend this policy from time to time if deemed necessary, in which no prior notification or approval from the customer is required.
